Mrs. Hannah Macalus
I grew up in a pastor’s family in New Jersey and put my faith in Jesus at a young age. My family later moved to Minnesota when I was a junior in high school. I attended Fourth my junior and senior years. My husband, Sam, and I graduated in the same class together! I attended Faith Baptist Bible College where I received my degree in Elementary Education and my Minnesota State teaching license. I then returned to Fourth and taught 3rd grade for 4 years before staying home with our children. We have 3 girls, two of whom attend Fourth. It has been fun to go from student to teacher to parent and now back to teacher… all at Fourth!
Miss Jennifer Kovacik
I was raised in a Godly Christian family and accepted Christ as my Savior at a young age. I attended Northland Baptist Bible College where I received a degree in elementary education. After graduation, I began teaching at a Christian school in Minnesota where I had the opportunity to teach first, second, and third grades and serve in various capacities in the school and church for twenty-six years. To help me grow in my teaching profession, I have gotten master’s degrees in Teaching and Learning and Educational Leadership from Bob Jones University. God has instilled in me a love for teaching elementary students, and I enjoy finding ways to make learning fun for them. I am looking forward to teaching third grade!
